SalaryRole Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Tradesman Assistant to support our Lead Cable Technician in the efficient execution of cable installation projects across Queensland.

Responsibilities:
Assist Lead Cable Technician: Work closely with the Lead Cable Technician to ensure the smooth execution of cable installation projects.
Travel: Undertake extensive travel across Queensland to various project sites, providing on-site assistance and support.
Equipment Preparation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of tools and equipment required for cable installation projects.
Material Management: Manage and organize materials required for each project, ensuring that all necessary items are available on-site.
Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance with Macrosphere's standards.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including work logs, project reports, and any other required records.
Customer Interaction: Interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner, representing Macrosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of tools and handling.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various outdoor environments.
Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules.
Driving License: A valid driving license is essential for travel to project sites.
