SalaryRandstad are looking for Trades Assistants/Labourers who are currently residents of the Fiskville/Mount Wallace area
Project Duration: March 12, 2024, to November 11, 2024
Work Hours: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (Peak Operation Time)
Overtime: Potential for overtime when required
We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Trades Assistants/Labourers to join the team for an exciting project based near Mount Wallace. The project, spanning from March 12, 2024, to November 11, 2024, involves a variety of tasks, predominantly focusing on cleaning out dams and preparing the site for construction.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a construction site.
- Mandatory MR Truck Licence.
- Proficient use of a smartphone for prestarts.
- Lives in the local area, as no travel and accommodation will be provided
- Be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen (Working holiday visa workers will not be considered for this role)
Responsibilities:
- Competent in driving a MR truck for transportation and logistical support.
- Manage environmental protections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work with operators to utilize GPS for finishing surface levels.
- Pump out dams as part of the site preparation process.
- Collaborate with operators for excavation and back fill
- Familiarity with using GPS rovers for accurate site positioning.
- Contribute to asset protection measures throughout the project.
