ABOUT THE ROLE 

This role will be a Full-Time position based in our Welshpool WA Branch of RXI Group 

We require someone with a Can-Do attitude and someone who is willing to learn. Experience with power tools and someone who is good with their hands with a hunger to work. Keeping to deadlines and progress in their role is a must.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products and services. Ensuring the vehicles leave the workshop in prime quality is paramount.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS 

• Have a commitment to quality 
• Must have a commitment to training and development 
• A Can-Do attitude and a hunger for results in efficiency and QA goals. 
• Neatness in all aspects 
• Hold a valid full Australian License 

Our ideal candidate must: 

• Accessory fitting to vehicles is advantageous   
• Must be organised, reliable, punctual and respectful  
• Have excellent time management skills and can work well under pressure  
• Have excellent attention to detail & take pride in their work 
• Have the ability to work well in a team & on your own 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Willing to work weekends when required  (Rare)

 In this full-time role, your day-to-day duties may include but are not limited to: 

• 12v accessory fitment inc- work lights, inverters, secondary battery and charging systems
• Bullbar & Winch Installation
• Snorkel Installation
• Side Steps & Rail
• Lift Kits & Suspension
• Tow Bars
• General 4x4 Accessory installations  -  Rhino Roof racks, Platforms & Canopies etc
• Fitting service bodies, canopies, trays and drawer systems
