Form of workAgnew's Plumbing Plus is a family owned business servicing tradesmen and retail customers in the Goulburn Valley area for over 30 years. We have multiple branches throughout the GV area and we pride ourselves on being independent and flexible to our customers.
Based in Shepparton but also able to carry out relief work at other branches when required. Alternating Saturday mornings required. Forklift License required.
Position is for 40 hours per week plus 3 hours when working Saturday (alternating roster).
Duties will include but are not limited to
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Sales service at the counter, taking phone orders and enquiries
- Stock, orders, dispatch of goods
- Participate in learning and development within a team setting
- Maintaining the store's upkeep and presentation
- Driver deliveries - load and unload company vehicle for local deliveries
To be successful in this role you must
• Enjoy customer service and sales
• Have current Manual Drivers Licence
• Have current forklift licence
• Have sound level of computer skills
• Have previous customer service experience
