They specialise in designing and executing structured Trade Finance and hedging solutions and oversee global payment transactions.DescriptionThe Trade Finance Originator will be responsible for structuring and arranging Trade Finance solutions to facilitate international trade transactions. With a specialized focus on SME's and commodity traders, they will craft tailored financing arrangements to meet the unique requirements of these key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and arrange Trade Finance solutions for clients engaged in international trade .
• Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to identify Trade Finance opportunities.
• Analyse Trade Finance requests, assess credit risks, and recommend appropriate financing structures tailored to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, trading, risk management, and compliance, to ensure seamless execution of Trade Finance transactions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Trade Finance solutions, foreign exchange risk management, and international trade practices.
• Monitor the performance of Trade Finance portfolios, identify areas for optimisation or risk mitigation, and propose appropriate actions.

• Proven experience in Trade Finance with a strong understanding of Trade Finance instruments, including letters of credit, Trade Finance loans, and documentary collections.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risks, structure complex financing solutions, and evaluate market opportunities.
• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to Trade Finance and Forex transactions.
