This is an exciting and critical position within the Marketing team. You’ll drive our franchisee growth ambitions for our national premium salon network by developing marketing plans and managing the execution through our partners. You will also develop and execute our new salon franchise marketing plans, ensuring we are positioned as a leading and iconic brand in this segment, attracting new salon partners to continue to grow our network.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Come with at least 5 years mid-level marketing experience
- Have previous B2B Marketing experience and an understanding of B2B audiences and marketing approaches
- Enjoy leading cross-functional marketing and Sales initiatives with project management, as well as driving forward Marketing plans
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in pulling together campaign plans and articulating your ideas and results
- Are a natural at presenting to and managing multiple Stakeholders
- Have the ability to formulate recommendations based on data
- An energetic and creative problem solver who can adapt quickly in a retail environment.
- Have the ability to test and learn, optimise and adapt quickly
- Have knowledge of B2B content channels, CRM best practice and mid-funnel engagement tactics
- Have experience in UX and CX and the ability to make decisions for constantly improving website performance
- Have a bachelor degree in business, marketing, commerce and/or communications
- Have worked with a franchise business, beauty or hair in the past (desirable)
- Can brief and manage agency partners (desirable)
