AddressWe are looking for a driven and professional Marketing Executive to join a multi-award winning Residential Property Developer. You will develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for specific Queensland based projects, ensuring delivery of objectives in conjunction with the project team.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Assist in the growth and management of all social media channels, websites, and landing pages
- Coordinate with the company graphic designer to create marketing & sales collateral, including brochures, EDMs, presentations, research reports, and other materials.
- Put together marketing budgets and timelines
- Attend team and client marketing meetings
- Arrange events, styling and promotional activities
- Manage CRM and communication with clients
- Manage the company website
- Book marketing and manage approvals and deadlines
- Attend marketing meetings, take minutes and drive actions
- Prepare pitch documents and new client proposals
- Arrange signage installation
- Manage various external agencies and suppliers.
- Management of marketing team planner/WIP to keep track of all critical priorities.
