- We are seeking motivated individuals with technical acumen who can work autonomously once provided with training. While a Certificate 3 in sheet metal fabrication is preferred, candidates with relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply. This primarily site-based role may involve occasional workshop assistance. We trust our team to execute their tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently, leveraging the training provided for personal development.
About You:
- Certificate 3 in sheet metal fabrication or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficient in analytical problem-solving and calculations, including basic trigonometry.
- Proven experience using General sheet metal fabrication equipment, guillotine, press brake, bandsaw etc.
- Accurate measuring, marking, and cutting abilities.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members and accept direction.
- Possession of LR truck license, Working at Heights, and EWP tickets highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work at various sites throughout Brisbane, with potential for occasional work away from home.
