ABOUT THE ROLE
Solar City Locksmiths is looking for a new Store Person to assist with the daily running’s of our growing business. The role consists of assisting with customer enquiries, dispatch of orders, inventory control and helping our locksmiths both in the workshop and at our counter. As a locksmith Store person, you will play a crucial role in supporting our locksmiths on the road and in the workshop. You will be responsible for assisting with our locksmith services and providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional locksmith services to our valued customers. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
The required experience to be successful in this role would be:
- Experience in the Trade and Inventory Industry is a preferred, however not essential.
- Be able to confidently use a computer with on the job training available.
- Good hand skills for workshop jobs such as re
keying, cutting keys and servicing locks.
- Good problem-solving skills and out of the box thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good work ethic and punctuality.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to ask questions and motivation to learn.
- Willing to provide a police check
