- Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic: We value a can-do attitude and a commitment to hard work.
- Basic Warehouse Skills: Familiarity with modern warehouse functions such as picking, packing, receiving, storing, dispatching, quality control, and general warehouse duties.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer systems, including scanning devices, Word, Excel, and Outlook for organization and prioritization.
- Quick Learner: Ability to adapt and pick up new systems swiftly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to follow instructions, processes, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Customer Relations: Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Punctuality & Reliability: Being on time, efficient, and maintaining a strong work ethic.
Additional Details:
- Travel Requirement: Occasional travel within the Melbourne metro area to collect computer equipment from business sites.
- Driver's License: A manual driver's license is essential. If you currently drive an automatic vehicle, we'll consider your application with the expectation that you'll learn to drive a manual within 3 months.
