Role Overview: As a qualified Metal Fabricator tradesman, you will be responsible for the installation and fabrication of glass balustrades, metal structures or components at various sites. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install metal structures or components according to project specifications
- Knowledge of stainless steel and aluminium fabrication - particularly welding, cutting, folding and rolling
- Fabricate metal components as required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Basic computer skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Communicate effectively within the team environment
- TIG/MIG Welding beneficial

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Installer/Carpenter or Metal Fabricator
- Strong knowledge of site installation techniques and practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., carpentry, welding) preferred
- National White Card and any other WHS certificates
