Traffic Allocator Ashmore Office
WorkCon is a labour hire, Traffic Control & Recruitment business specialising in the construction and civil industries. We are looking for a Gold Coast based Traffic Allocator who can bring high quality care to our clients. This role will suit the right candidate who enjoys a challenge, is a fast learner, and has a great eye-for-detail. The role is based in our Ashmore office and will form a part of the current Operations Department. This role will be joining another Traffic Allocator who is located in Brisbane.

To support our continued growth, we are searching for a Traffic Allocator to join the team in our Ashmore office, on a Full-Time basis.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the SEQ Regional Manager, the successful candidate responsibilities will include:
- Allocating Traffic Control workers each day
- Working along side another Brisbane Traffic Allocator and Labour Hire Allocator to meet client needs and job vacancies
- Assisting with management of timesheet / rostering data collection and any required information regarding timesheets
- Liaising with the SEQ Regional Manager, Traffic Manager and Area Manager for client feedback and resource requirements
- Management of worker database
- Working with the Gold Coast Recruiter for new candidate pool management
- Receive orders and action in a timely manner
- Receive and handle / communicate inbound calls with high level of employee service
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships and attend to the high volume of employee queries.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of the construction or Traffic Control industry desired
- Knowledge of the Gold Coast area preferred to assist with allocation of workers
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Advanced Excel Skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Current Driver’s License
- Self-motivated and driven to develop skills within the company
