Traffic Controller

Stornoway has an excellent opportunity for several Traffic Controllers to join our Traffic Management crew in our Northern and North-Western divisions on a casual basis. The role will undertake traffic management and other activities as required.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following mandatory attributes: 

• General Safety Induction White Card
• A current Australian Driver’s (C) Class Licence
• Rights to Work in Australia
• The ability to work away from home as needed
   

Desirable criteria include:

• Traffic Management ticket
• Relevant other tickets such as First Aid/CPR
• Heavy Combination/Rigid (HC/HR) or Medium Combination/Rigid (MC/MR) Licence
• Previous experience managing traffic, particularly around roadworks, emergency defects, and high-volume and/or high-speed traffic areas
