Turtle Traffic has ongoing work every day, nightshifts and away works. Positions avaliable for Crew Leaders, AWTM's, TMA Drivers and experianced BWTM TC's. 

Paid above the award rate! Base (casual) rate $34 per hour and we align and pay the MRWA rates when applicable!

Building and Construction Award, all penalty rates and crew leader allowances apply!

Position: Traffic Controller (Crew Leaders, AWTM, TMA, BWTM and TC) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement traffic management plans to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
• Set up and maintain traffic control equipment and signage.
• Direct traffic in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Priorities safety and environmental responsibility in all operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Work well in a team.
• Physically fit and capable for 12-hour days if required. 
• Available all hours Monday-Sunday and Public holidays.
• Must be Reliable and Experianced.

Skills & Experience.

• Hold current BWTM & TC Traffic Control Tickets
• Construction White Card
• (C) Class Driver's license 
• Own reliable transport to attend work. 
• Effective Communication
• Punctuality and reliability
