The technical title is VPS3 Traffic & Production Assistant, and you will be joining a fast-paced team that thrives on collaboration. You will play a critical role in supporting the Brand and Creative Design Studio to deliver high volumes of communications material. A day in the life of this role might see you:
- Supporting the Senior Traffic and Production Adviser, Traffic and Production Adviser with daily administration tasks
- You will love a to-do list, and get a kick out of ticking off tasks.
- Balancing high priority tasks and working towards deadlines
- Coordinating the workflow of design and production (print) related projects.
- Liaising with internal and external key stakeholders.
About you
Whilst this role will collaborate within a creative field, we are interested in people who are passionate about providing support through the delivery of high-quality administrative processes. Your ability to remain calm under pressure is a much-needed skill in this fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a design/production environment is highly desirable. We'd love to see applications from people with the following attributes:
- Sound knowledge of printing industry terms, processes, and production techniques.
- Process driven, with strong attention to detail to ensure projects are delivered accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively – it's a busy environment so your planning and prioritising skills will keep projects – and your colleagues – on track. You will enjoy working within a large team who love to support each other.
- Strong communication skills are essential to this role as your will need to be able to follow instructions and effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- We use Macs in the Brand and Creative Design Studio – so experience in using Mac software and knowledge of systems such as Streamtime, Dropbox, Basecamp and JIRA is desirable.
