In this role, you'll:
Have a direct impact on over 1 million customers: the people at the heart of our network. Our customers trust us to run and maintain a safe and reliable service.
You'll be responsible for obtaining and inputting crucial and highly relevant data and information, proactively monitoring and reacting to record and share data relating to train services, alterations, service gaps and other critical trains movements affecting our network.

About you:
You have an outstanding foundational knowledge of our network and operations obtained over a 12-month period.
Your attention to detail is second to none, coupled with your strong commitment to customer service and maintaining high standards.
You enjoy obtaining and sharing information, working within a dynamic and diverse team environment and participate and initiate quality communication via a range of mediums and systems.
You may have experience as a LICS Operator, this is desirable but not essential.
