Our aim is to achieve a workforce that is 50% female across our entire company.

We are delighted to introduce the Women Up Front program in Tasmania, and we look forward to having you join us in the fast-paced world of bus driving!

No prior experience as a Bus Driver is necessary. All you need is a valid car driver’s license and a positive mindset to apply.

Our Women Up FrontTrainee Bus Driver program offers comprehensive training and support to help you become a confident, licensed Bus Driver.

The program includes:

• A welcoming and supportive work environment
• A comprehensive induction program featuring both classroom and on-road training
• Lessons to obtain a Medium Rigid (MR) licence
• Competitive pay throughout the training period

We are looking for individuals who possess:

• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for working with people
• A valid Australian car driver's license (held for at least two years)
• The ability to pass a pre-employment functional test, drug and alcohol screening, as well as obtain a Driver Accreditation and Working With Vulnerable People’s Check.
• Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
