Traineeship - Customer Service
THE JOB
Snowy Valleys Council is seeking a reliable, motivated person who is passionate about a career in customer service to join our Customer Experience Team as a Trainee. A traineeship is an exciting opportunity to be paid to complete a nationally recognised qualification whilst also gaining on-the-job experience. The successful applicant will work within an experienced, professional team learning all aspects of providing a positive customer experience.
This position is offered as a traineeship for a 12-month fixed term period working 70 hours per fortnight between Monday and Friday.
Salary will be paid in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award Level 1 rates of pay for juniors and trainees. The salary range is $904.40 - $1552.20 per fortnight plus 11% superannuation. Salary will be determined by age and level of schooling completed.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Genuine interest in working in the Customer Service field.
- Ability to successfully complete learning outcomes and a commitment to further learning and development.
- Ability to be reliable, motivated and organised.
- Ability to use computers and software to at least a basic level (e.g. Microsoft programs).
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent
