Help shape the future of children in our care

As a Trainee Educator you’ll have the chance to earn as you learn joining our team in our beautiful centre in Biloela while simultaneously commencing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through the C&K College. You will work with leaders keen to share their knowledge to help you learn, grow and achieve more than you ever thought possible.

Your dedicated trainer will work hard to set you up for success by collaborating with your colleagues to creative a nurturing environment while supporting you in developing meaningful relationships with the children and their families and walk out of your first year qualified and ready to continue your journey in Early Childhood.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
  • An eagerness to learn and grow
