Trainee For Electronic Security, Communications, Audio Visual

We are looking for talented individuals with a positive team player and can-do attitude with a desire to learn to join our team as a trainee within Electronic Security, Communications, Audio Visual Systems sectors. 

The ideal person should have great attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges and of course, a passion for all things technical. You will be exposed to multiple various technologies, systems and equipment and learn new trade skills and values from the physical installation, through to commissioning and rectification fault finding.

• Electronic Security Systems
• Communications & Network Infrastructure Systems
• Audio Visual Systems

As part of this position, you will be working on client sites that are in general areas of Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs, country Victoria and interstate and because of the industries we are in and solutions we install, after hours, weekends and travelling is part of the normal day to day requirements.

You will be required to have the following attributes to apply for this position and have the basic knowledge and proven abilities:

• Passion for either or all electronic, communications and audio-visual technology 
• Able to prove in your life history your passion for this type of job roll, whether it has been education, part time jobs or just projects you have achieved in your own time.
• Understanding of basic electronics and technology, can show how you regularly keep update your knowledge within these areas.
• Basic understanding of networking, can show how you regularly keep update your knowledge within these areas.
• Desktop and software skills, can show how you regularly keep update your knowledge within these areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Desire to travel for employment, locally and interstate when required. 
• Valid and current driver’s license.

As part of this position, you will receive ongoing training in all areas of your field and other required fields when required or deemed appropriate for the progression of this position.
