About the Role?
We are looking to add on an enthusiastic trainee broker to learn from the ground up. Your pathway in a finance career will start with basics of loan processing and administration to becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Broker.
We will work with you on your plan supported by a structured mentoring program (plus access to plenty of learning and development options) and on the various aspects of mortgage broking.
This is a full-time role, however, we offer flexibility for the right candidate.

Ideally the successful applicant should possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience in the finance sector will be an advantage but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and great work ethic
- A high level of professionalism, people skills and initiate
- Good verbal and written communication skills, to help deal effectively with all stake holders
- Have high attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking to be completed as a trainee
