The Role:
The successful applicant will work within a small team providing dedicated service support to our range of Ricoh business office machines and equipment. Ongoing training will be provided to enable you to complete UEE30111 - Certificate III in Business Equipment. You will have the support and guidance of our Service and Administrative Teams.
Experience and Skills (desirable but not a deal breaker):
- Above average PC literacy
- Sound IT skills with knowledge of basic network interfacing
- Proactive customer relationship skills are essential for this role
- Must have a current driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Logical thinker who can resolve problems
- Organised, reliable and have good time management skills
- A desire to continue to develop your technical skills and knowledge
- Neat and tidy personal presentation
Day to Day Aspect of the Role:
- Building and running up New Multi-function devices
- Installation, Configuration & Operational Training in Hardware & Software
- Diagnostics of Network & Software related issues
- Repair of Multi-Function Devices and Printers
- Preventative Maintenance
- Inventory Management
