As a Wandi Trainee Receptionist, you will contribute to this by providing reception and administrative support to staff at Wandiyali in order to facilitate a high-level service delivery. The Trainee Receptionist is generally the first point of contact with clients and visitors of Wandiyali service, as such, it is essential that the Trainee Receptionist is pleasant, courteous, highly professional and able to interact with a wide and diverse range of people. The Trainee Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients and visitors professionally and directing phone calls as required and will be responsible for managing and maintaining systems and databases.
