My Gateway are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual for a Receptionist Traineeship with Everlast Tarping Systems. As a part of this traineeship, you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration. During your on the job training, some of the tasks you will be required to complete will include:
Answering phones and emails
Greeting customers and truck drivers
Scanning and filing documents
Taking care of the freight / delivery details for the tarps. Working with a team in the office of about 5 people
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Driver's license is needed as there are times that you will need to go to the bank and post office
Be switched on and able to use computer system
Able to work with Truck Drivers and Truck dealerships
Candidate needs to be able to prioritise work flow and there will be times when you are working alone on certain tasks.
Willingness to learn
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Great Customer service skills
Great attention to detail
