Quest Personnel are a privately owned rapidly expanding generalist temporary staffing, labour hire and permanent recruitment agency with offices in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland.
  
About the Role:
We are seeking a vibrant, outgoing and personable individual to join our Perth office in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role. This is a casual role with full-time hours and view to permanency after a probationary period of 3-6 months for the right candidate.

You do not require previous recruitment experience.
  
About your daily duties:

• Screening resumes
• Interviewing candidates both over the phone and face to face
• Shortlisting candidates to send onto clients
• Scheduling interviews
• Carrying out reference checks
• Other admin duties as and when required

  
About You

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing personality
• Willingness to learn
• Enjoy a fast paced, high volume role - it will never be boring
• Ability to be agile & adapt to changing market demands and priorities
• Thrive on retaining your candidate pool through meaningful relationships
• Enjoy having autonomy within your role and ability to take initiative
• Listen & understand your candidates, meet their needs
• Full availability Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
