To continue this success, Berwick Mitsubishi is seeking a Trainee Service Advisor, to join their vibrant Service Department!
To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong ongoing long-term relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with the Service Customers. The extensive training program and ongoing support allow for guaranteed success!
What You’ll Do:
- Initiate engaging conversations with our customers, identifying their requirements and assisting them with service enquiries and bookings
- Maintain meticulous records of your interactions and customer feedback to continuously refine your approach
- Liaise with the service technicians as required
- Focus on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
