About the role:
Aurizon are seeking applications from safety focused individuals with a fantastic can-do attitude and an enthusiasm to learn. This is an exciting opportunity to be trained in-house and become a fully qualified Systems Maintainer.
In this 24-month trainee role, you will develop technical and safety skills within our Network Signalling teams that will see you build a solid foundation and obtain Nationally recognised qualifications as you are mentored by leaders in the field and supported by our Training department.

Please note transition to a qualified Systems Maintainer role is dependent on successful completion of the course work, practical application and business requirements.
In order to be successful in this role you need to successfully complete testing, a medical, reference checks and hold a C-Class QLD Manual drivers’ licence or minimum P2 (Mandatory). Ability to travel is a must and previous experience in the rail industry is a definite advantage!
