In an industry that is growing and changing, Capecare's successful Trainee Program offers a fantastic pathway to progressing in a career in the Aged Care sector and working in a job that makes a difference. We are inviting applications for the 2024 program and offering Traineeships in the following areas of our business:
- Carer (Residential)
- Support Workers (Community)
You will be surrounded by a highly skilled clinical team and part of a supportive and passionate organization that provides you with ongoing development and career opportunities. You will gain practical experience working in the industry while studying to complete Certificate 111 in Individual Support (Ageing).
Requirements:
- Completed Year 11 High School
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Car and driver’s license highly preferred
- National Police Clearance Certificate
