We are a Family-owned company, seeking a Traineeship (position would be suitable for a school leaver)for an individual,Office Administratorto join our office located in Orange.
Duties will include:
- Managing incoming calls
- General admin duties
- Management of ISO regulations (on the job training will be provided)
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal staff
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Willingness to learn new software
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, but also be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
