Traineeship Office Administrator

Specialised Crusher Services Pty Ltd (SCS) provides an extensive range of technical services specifically to fixed and mobile plant and equipment, such as installations, commissioning, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown work, shutdowns and fabrication work throughout NSW, SA, as well as internationally. We are a Family-owned company, seeking a Traineeship (position would be suitable for a school leaver)for an individual,Office Administratorto join our office located in Orange.

 Duties will include:

• Managing incoming calls
• General admin duties 
• Management of ISO regulations (on the job training will be provided)
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal staff

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Willingness to learn new software
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, but also be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
