Traineeship Program Manager

Queensford College is a Registered Training Organisation that is focused on providing quality educaion and training in fully accredited courses to International and Domestic students in Brisbane, Adelaide, Parramatta, and Hobart. 

The Opportunity 

We require an individual who is passionate about helping students/workers reach their dreams through the provision of quality training programs. The role is focused on Traineeships and Apprenticeships.

You will be required to establish a wide network of contacts and be able to confidently utilise databases to generate sales to meet monthly targets. This includes both B2B and B2C.

Key Responsibilities 

• Evaluating training effectiveness to ensure that trainees learn from the workplace-based training or Traineeship Program.
• Proven record as a Training & development professional.
• Training people aligned to their occupation for them to be job-ready Planning and program development
• Assisting host organizations to meet their strategic goals and achieve results through the programs
• Planning, organizing, and directing a wide range of training activities
• Creating training plans related to the field of study or scope of work for nominated trainees.
• Liaising with managers and workplace supervisors of nominated trainees to develop performance improvement measures, conduct
• Orienting sessions, and arranging on-the-job training for new trainees
• Sourcing and accrediting potential employers to become host organizations for the Traineeship Program\

You will: 

• Have a demonstrated background in training/development
• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life 
• Be an excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including great attention to detail 
• Have high professional and ethical standards 
• An understanding of the VET sector would be highly regarded
