The Women’s & Children’s Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.  We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists within the New Women’s & Children’s Hospital Project to join us as ICT Program Manager.

The WCHN ICT Program Manager is accountable to the Executive Director, Corporate Services for managing and coordinating the new Women’s and Children’s Hospital Digital Health project workstream requirements within the Digital Health SA organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing engagement with stakeholders at all levels at WCHN.
  • Lead, direct and ensure the delivery of innovative and effective ICT Project Plans that outline and deliver on the key critical priorities for the Project.
  • Providing effective and proactive project management and leadership of the Digital Health SA project teams and activities.
  • Communicate best practice specialist advice and offer technical solutions within resource parameters for the nWCH Project.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated effective communication skills to liaise collaboratively with people at all levels, including clinicians, suppliers and project team members at Executive and officer level.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing the development and delivery of critical ICT projects within a health environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the health environment, its culture, and decision-making processes.
