Join the Macmahon team as an EXPERIENCED Trainer and Assessor at the Talison Lithium site in Greenbushes and be responsible for co-ordinating, identifying and executing training and assessment in accordance with Macmahon's training standards and site-specific training plan.

About you
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a production mine site environment
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Demonstrated experience with operating and training on Dozers, Excavators, Face Shovels, Graders and Haul Trucks
- Proficient in Microsoft products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with learning management and safety systems
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values
