Trainer and Assessor (Australia wide) - IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for an experience Trainer and Assessor (location open) to join our team.  Someone willing to put in the hard yards to build themselves a long term career.  Excellent opportunity for growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE:  (Location open)

• Casual role (initially)
• Opportunity to progress - we promote from within.
• Structured training and support provided to assist in success.
• Supporting the National Training Manager.
• Exposure to the wider national business.
• Deliver training for Accredited Course - HLTPAT005_Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing.
• Deliver other ancillary training (General Awareness, For Cause).
• Assist in developing our Training Department with new training opportunities.
• Responding to new business opportunities.
• Process training records.
   

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have Certificate IV in Training & Assessing qualification.
• Have Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing industry experience.
• Have previous training experience.
• Be highly motivated and ambitious and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. 
• Hold a current Open Drivers Licence.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Be creative and challenge the way we do things.
• A willingness to learn is a must, as is excellent personal presentation.
• Strong internal drive to succeed showing initiative to develop their knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Medium level of computer literacy.
• Being a team player is paramount!
