The Opportunity
Join a well-established team of Trainers and Assessors and support staff, working a 7-day fortnight, delivering a Certificate 2 in Leadership.
You will use a variety of methods in excellent communication and facilitation skills, as you guide them through their educational journey.
Each class has an In Class Support person who works closely with the Trainer and Assessor to support and encourage students to engage in their learning.
Candidates with youth work experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Essential
To apply for this role, you will need to demonstrate that you have the following:
- Current TAE40116 or its successor
- Relevant qualification in Leadership and/or a minimum of 5-year industry experience in a leadership role
- Police Clearance (not older than 3 months)
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
- Current Western Australian Driver's Licence
Candidates possessing the following skills and attributes in addition to the essential criteria listed above are encouraged to apply:
- Experience working with disengaged young people
- Delivery of equity programs (previously GATE, Leadership or CGEA)
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Experience in the delivery of training and assessment in the VET sector
- Project management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
