The Monadelphous Employee Development Centre provides Monadelphous with the capability to deliver pre and post mobilisation training, nationally accredited and high- risk licensing to its employees.
Reporting to the Employee Development Manager, this role provides training support services directly to internal and external customers during pre-contract, project start-up and project execution phases. A Trainer & Assessor at Monadelphous coordinates and delivers specific training programs and workshops including nationally accredited programs and internal specific training for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of nationally accredited units of competence (WAH, CSE, GTA and basic fire)
- Delivery of Monadelphous enterprise workshops and training programs
- Ensuring all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy and procedure.
· Contributing to the ongoing development of Monadelphous training programs
- Working closely with business unit manager, senior compliance advisor and training coordinator
- Occasional travel offered to applicants subject to experience & skillset
- Maintain compliance of RTO accreditation
What you will bring:
· Cert IV TAE 40116 qualification - essential
- Minimum 5 years’ resource experience or similar industry
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal / verbal communication skills
- Highly value training outcomes and demonstrate a genuine interest in upskilling.
