CTA Create Train Achieve is seeking a Trainer and Assessor (in a number of training packages) to join our team in delivering exceptional training services across Darwin, Australia. Our scope of training includes:
- Employment Skills Training
- First Aid and CPR
- White Card
- Traffic Management
- RSA and Food Handling
- Warehousing - TLID0020 and TLIF0009

Job Description: As a Trainer and Assessor at CTA Create Train Achieve, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance safety and empower individuals with essential skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting training sessions for any of the above courses.
- Assessing and evaluating students' knowledge and practical skills.
- Developing and updating course materials to ensure relevance and compliance with state regulations.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and growth.
- Maintaining accurate records of training and assessment outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborating with our team to continuously improve our training programs.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Relevant qualifications and certifications for First Aid, White Card, Traffic Management, RSA/Food Handling and Warehousing.
- Hold Either Cert IV TAE 40122 or TAE 40116
Traffic Management Trainer and Assessor:
- Completed Train the Trainer.
- Be an approved Trainers and Assessor to deliver temporary traffic management training in NT.
Experience and Key Skills:
- Current knowledge and understanding of Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs.
- Previous experience as a Trainer and Assessor.
- Previous experience with diverse students from a low language literacy, numeracy or English as a second language background.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to safety and the well-being of all individuals in the workplace.
- Enthusiasm for educating and inspiring others.
