As a Trainer & Assessor - Certificate II & III Horticulture you will be in a key educational position to drive student satisfaction and learner progression within the Horticulture Portfolio.
This position is open to all candidates within Australia, offering Work from home & flexible working arrangements, for the right candidate.
Your Responsibilities may include
- Delivering structured and engaging training sessions to learners in an online setting
- Assessing learner competencies in both theory and practical assessments
- Providing guidance and support to learners throughout their studies
- Developing and updating training materials and resources
- Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and assessment outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Collaborating with other trainers and assessors to continuously improve training quality
- Marking assessments & provide constructive and timely feedback to our students
- Responding to student queries and ensuring content in the student portal is up to date
Your Skills & Experience
- Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 including Units of Competency TAEASS502 and TAELLN411)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the horticulture industry
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Relevant professional industry experience (must be considered current according to industry standards)
- Good level of computer literacy
- Superior student and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
