About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a spirited Hospitality Guru to lead the charge in delivering the Certificate III in Hospitality in Bunbury, WA.
Whether you're a seasoned trainer or dreaming of making the leap, we've got you covered. If you haven't got the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) yet, no worries – we're here to help you achieve it!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment services for the Certificate III in Hospitality in classroom and/or virtual environments, as well as onsite during practical placements.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with students, offering support throughout their learning journey
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students on their progress and assessment outcomes
- Develop and review training and assessment materials to ensure they are current and aligned with industry requirements
- Stay at the forefront of training practices through active participation in professional development.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain this certification
- Relevant industry experience in Hospitality or a related field
- Experience delivering training and assessment in a classroom or virtual environment highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly efficient time management and organisational skills
- Current National Police Clearance
