Essential Criteria:
- Diploma - Early Childhood Education or higher (ACECQA level qualification)
- Experience in the Early years Learning industry
- Comprehensive understanding of NQF and previous implementation of EYLF
- Current Approved qualifications for child protection, First aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- WWC Check.
Highly Desirable Attributes:
- Montessori experience preferable but not required
- An understanding and respect for ‘best practise’
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Positive and proactive approach to work and tasks
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment towards company values, policies and procedures
- Self-motivated and able to motivate, lead and encourage others
- Having a growth mindset and being a solution seeker
