As a Trainer & Assessor for the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) course, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to our students. You will play a critical role in shaping the future workforce in the disability support sector, ensuring our students gain the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Requirements:
· Must hold a TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
· Relevant qualification in disability support or a related field with the minimum of a Certificate III in Individual Support
Skills and abilities:
- Recent hands-on experience in the disability support sector
- Proven experience in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training
· Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience using Microsoft Suite programs and Office 365.
· Experience delivering training to students with barriers to education
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in line with the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) curriculum.
· Assess students' competencies through a variety of methods, including practical demonstrations, written assessments, and workplace observations.
· Provide constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their learning and development.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and assessment documentation.
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
· Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
