Roster is 2/2 day shift
Salary dependant on experience
About you
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Successfully coordinated and delivered onsite training within a large open pit mining operation
- Experience on site which includes top hammer, down hole hammer and rotary blast hole drilling using blast hole rig
- A good knowledge of blast hole drilling consumables and their applications
- Excellent understanding of drilling methods for contour, presplit, trim and bench blast hole drilling
- Demonstrated strong committment to drill safety
- Strong knowledge in surface mining blasting techniques
- Shot firers licence and Intergrated Tool carrier experience disired
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
