About the role
New opportunity waits for an experienced Trainer/Assessor to facilitate, assess, and develop training products for the Altrad Skills Training Department and its clients based in Kwinana on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Training Manager, the successful candidate will provide vocational and training support for emerging work and clients. Your day-to-day includes:
- Provide training and assessment services as scheduled by the Altrad Training Centre
- Unit and course development
- Lead validation and contextualization sessions of training delivery
- Undertake compliance-related duties related to the delivery of training and assessment
- Communicate any emerging training needs to relevant stakeholders
- Provide on-site coaching and support as required
- Inspection and Maintenance of training facility, tools, and equipment
- Demonstrate a willingness and capability to perform other duties as deemed appropriate and consistent with your professional qualifications, skill, or experience.
About you
- Valid HRWL is Scaffolding and Rigging along with a minimum of 5 year's vocational experience in the Resources and associated sectors
- Training and Assessment of AQF qualification
- High level of knowledge of the Australian qualification framework and training requirements in the resources, mining, and construction industries
- Accustomed to a busy fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Proven high level of facilitation and interpersonal skills.
