The Opportunity
Thiess is currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our team at Curragh North Mine in Blackwater. Working a 9 day fortnight, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
About The Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide system and administrative support to the Training Coordinator and HST Manager
  • On-boarding and induction of new employees
  • Assist with the implementation of the project training needs analysis
  • Raising of Purchase Orders
  • Perform other duties as may be defined by the HST Manager

Requirements

  • Exposure to administrative roles within a resources, construction, or similar industry
  • Working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically strong Excel skills) and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines, continuous improvement and delivering results
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume busy work environment
