The Opportunity
Thiess is currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our team at Curragh North Mine in Blackwater. Working a 9 day fortnight, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
About The Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide system and administrative support to the Training Coordinator and HST Manager
On-boarding and induction of new employees
Assist with the implementation of the project training needs analysis
Raising of Purchase Orders
Perform other duties as may be defined by the HST Manager

Requirements

Exposure to administrative roles within a resources, construction, or similar industry
Working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office (specifically strong Excel skills) and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail
High level of organisational and time management skills
Highly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines, continuous improvement and delivering results
Ability to work well in a high-volume busy work environment
