The City of Launceston has an exciting opportunity within our Organisational Development Team as Training and Administration Officer.
We are seeking a highly motivated collaborator to support the coordination of organisational compliance training, training events, and the administrative activities within the team. Position Title: Training and Administration Officer
Position Number: POS1800
This position is available for approximately 12 months on a part-time (30.4 hours per week) basis. This position is responsible for the provision of training record systems, processes and data based support for the Organisational Development function within the City of Launceston.
The role is integral to the creation of a structured, data driven approach to Organisational Development.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates, through behaviour, an alignment and an understanding of our values and has the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Create and Innovate: display initiative & considers different ideas and perspectives
- Experience coordinating competency and compliance training in a diverse workplace.
- Experience in the maintenance of database records, particularly in relation to Training and qualification records.
- Highly developed administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and inter-personal communication skills.
