Training and Change AnalystMax Term Until June 30th, 2024Melbourne Based. About VMIAVictorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) is the Victorian Government's insurer and risk adviser, covering the people and projects that help Victorians thrive. We're an agency in the Department of Treasury and Finance portfolio, established under the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority Act, and report to the Assistant Treasurer.We provide insurance and risk advice to government departments and agencies, with more than 4,600 clients, ranging from small community service organisations to public hospitals, schools, and core service providers. We also provide domestic building insurance to builders, giving Victorian homeowners peace of mind for building projects valued over $16,000.We help our clients prepare for, prevent, or reduce the impact of harm. Your roleLooking for a detail-oriented Change Analyst to support and facilitate transformative projects for VMIA and make an impact to the Victorian Community!In this role, you work closely with the business to provide change support, including communications and training, for a range of digital and non-digital projects.These projects will support the products, services and efficiencies needed to deliver strategic benefits to VMIA and the state of Victoria.You're a member of the Programs and Project Office, reporting to the Business Implementation Manager in the Business Performance Division. What are you here to do
Assess change readiness and impacts
Create change management plans.
Design and deliver activities in change plans.
Create change management communications, including emails, social media posts and reference documents.
Assess the effectiveness of change management activities.
Identify and document staff and client requirements for Training and reference materials.
Create Training and reference materials, such as quick reference guides, frequently asked questions, how to videos.
Create training session plans and resources.
Update Training and reference materials as required.
Design and administering knowledge transfer and skills verification assessments.
Work with the Communications Team to ensure Training and reference materials align with VMIA's brand voice and visual style.
Who you work with
You are supported by the Business Implementation Manager and Change Manager to support the business to deliver projects.
You work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Business Analysts, Process experts and Change Analysts to achieve outcomes, share skills and knowledge.
You build relationships across VMIA related to learning deliverables as required. You ensure key stakeholders are effectively managed, with the aim of supporting business readiness for Client channels.
You collaborate with colleagues across VMIA teams to bring the best guidance and capability programs to life.
The experience that you bring
You have some experience designing and developing guidance material and capability programs, which may include written guides, training workshops, consulting services, videos, or online tools.
You have strong interpersonal skills to help you navigate stakeholders through complex topics to achieve agreed outcomes.
You can translate process maps and system changes into easily digestible content.
You are able to write/develop engaging and accurate content for a range of formats such as written guides, job aids, fact sheets.
You have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
You have strong attention to detail.
