About the Opportunity:We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Corporate Hospitality Manager. This role will be responsible for driving
Corporate Hospitality sales and creating unforgettable experiences for our corporate partners and guests.Take the lead on planning, organising, and flawlessly executing all facets of
Corporate Hospitality during Game Day, ensuring our partners receive the highest service and engagement opportunities.Lead and oversee Club events, such as the Brisbane Bullets Fan Day and the MVP Awards Gala, ensuring they're unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and driving revenue
- Proactively working with the Marketing and Media team to ensure necessary collateral has been developed and distributed through various channels to drive sales.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Hospitality sales tactics and strategies
- Maintains momentum in a fast-paced setting, handling a high volume of tasks to drive sales
Hosting
Corporate Hospitality Areas and
Corporate Hospitality Enhancement
- Engagement and welcoming of all guests
- Efficient problem solving as required
- Ensuring guests comfort and complaint and feedback management
- Innovation and keeping up-to-date with trends to ensure the Brisbane Bullets Corporate Hospitality is competitive
Event Management
- End-to-end planning and execution all aspects of Corporate Hospitality events on game days and club events; ensuring exceptional service and engagement for partners and all guests
About You:- Experience in Corporate Hospitality, preferred 3 years
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service
- Experience with Ticketek is preferable
- High levels of attention to detail and exceptional personal presentation
- Demonstrates personal commitment to the pursuit of excellence.
- Willingness to lead and be held accountable
- Proven work ethic and quality decision making capability
- Willingness to challenge, be challenged and listen
