Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on IT systems and Technology to Crown Law staff, using a blended model that includes facilitated in-person training, workshops, and online training material.
- Design and create online learning content including user guide documents, instructional videos, and eLearning modules.
- Draft clear and concise email communications to staff about technology issues.
- Identify IT training needs and design and implement training plans and programs.
- Manage user accounts and access in IT systems, in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Provide client focused desktop, application, and Technology support in a timely manner to resolve IT related issues.
- Assist with management and delivery of IT projects, completing tasks relating to change management and providing progress updates as required.
- Contribute to a highly performing team, including the development of standards and procedures, knowledge sharing, collaborating with others, and encouraging team development activities.
- Identify new and continuous improvement opportunities that support Crown Law's values and contribute to business objectives.
- Demonstrate commitment to self-development and participate in professional development activities.
