Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate engaging workshops on soft skills including communication, customer service, executive coaching, and influencing
• Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and develop customized soft skill training programs
• Create well-structured training modules incorporating real-world examples and case studies
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions for executives seeking personal growth and development
• Evaluate client progress and collect feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record as a facilitator, trainer, or coach in soft skills development
• Dynamic presenter with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Familiarity with leadership principles and practices
• Willingness to tailor approaches based on individual and team requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience in facilitating soft skills training with real-life industry experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Leadership acumen and adaptability to tailor approaches based on individual and team needs
• Relevant certifications in facilitation, coaching, or leadership development are advantageous
