We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with a keen eye for attention to detail to provide effective and efficient administration support and customer service to our Training Team.This position is responsible for supporting the Training Manager and training teams to deliver a quality education experience to our students and customers. The position provides high-level administrative support and coordinates a broad range of support functions across the scope of Training Team operations.To be successful, you will have the following…
- High level administrative skills including demonstrated data-entry, record keeping, reporting and purchasing experience.
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining administrative processes.
- Proven ability to prioritise, monitor and coordinate workload, use initiative and problem solve to achieve results.
- Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
